The NeoHack Story
The accidental discovery of penicillin by Sir Alexander Fleming is legend, but most discoveries are not accidental and often result from corroborating observations and following scientific methods.
Such is the case with NeoHack Life Sciences, LLC. Our origins are based in an FDA licensed environment commanding rigid Good Manufacturing Practices to make ingredients and formulations for some of the most recognizable brands in the worldwide oral care markets.
Many of those formulations are availble through drug stores, mass merchant retailers and internet merchant sites today.
Out of our 30-year body of oral health work, a pleasant formulation emerged -- a dry mouth remedy owned by NeoHack -- branded as Hydralief. Its science was sound, and it was no accident that the healing effects for xerostomia (dry mouth) led to other discoveries. It was found to be effective for healing in mucosal tissues—and then in stopping herpes simplex (cold sores) -- and for other dermal issues via topical application.
As good scientists do, we “followed the science” from our dry mouth invention and discovered that a key ingredient derived from an African flower was dubbed “the toothache plant”. Hence the journey from dry mouth to pain relief began.
